These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and cd33ap ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the cd33ap website at https://cd33ap.vip and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, participating in any game, placing any wager, or otherwise using any part of the cd33ap platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cd33ap platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

cd33ap reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify registered players. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account on cd33ap, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. cd33ap enforces a strict minimum age requirement. Any player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of cd33ap, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously had an account suspended, closed, or terminated by cd33ap for any breach of these Terms.
• You are acting lawfully under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are not a person on any prohibited, sanctioned, or restricted person list maintained by any relevant authority.

During registration you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify cd33ap promptly of any changes to your registered details. cd33ap reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment method at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction, suspension, or closure.

All financial transactions on cd33ap are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. cd33ap reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion without advance notice.

Deposits

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit other than those imposed by the payment provider.
• Deposits are credited to your cd33ap account immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. cd33ap is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any funds received from unverified sources may be frozen pending investigation.
• cd33ap does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which cd33ap accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳200. Maximum daily withdrawal limits apply and may vary by account verification tier.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for outgoing payments. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player funds.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until all applicable KYC documentation has been submitted and verified.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• cd33ap reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal that is deemed unusual in size, frequency, or destination.

Currency and Exchange

All balances, wagers, winnings, and bonuses displayed on the platform are denominated in BDT. cd33ap does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

cd33ap offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and cash funds are kept separately in your account. Cash funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal limits. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• cd33ap reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer from a player who is suspected of abusing the promotion, including through the use of low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to completion of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Bonus expiry dates apply to all promotions. Any bonus funds not utilised within the stated expiry period will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

All games available on the cd33ap platform — including slots, live casino tables, sportsbook markets, and specialty games — are governed by their respective game rules as published within each game interface. Players are advised to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

Sports Betting

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as displayed at the time of bet placement.
• cd33ap reserves the right to void, suspend, or limit any bet at its sole discretion where it suspects irregular betting patterns, erroneous odds publication, or any other circumstance that materially affects the integrity of a market.
• In the event of a match or event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, applicable settlement rules as stated for that sport will determine how open bets are treated.
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the point of your bet confirmation are the odds at which your bet is settled, unless a palpable error in the odds is identified.

Casino Games

• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino, operate under professionally supervised real-time studio conditions.
• Game results are final once confirmed by the platform system. Technical malfunctions that prevent a game from completing will result in the bet being voided and the wager returned to the player's balance.
• cd33ap is not responsible for loss of game progress caused by an interruption in the player's internet connection. It is the player's responsibility to maintain a stable connection during active gameplay.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd33ap platform:

• Use of automated scripts, bots, or software to interact with the platform in any way not intended for human players.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting arrangements designed to guarantee a profit across multiple accounts.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity. cd33ap cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement authorities in such cases.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, translate, publicly display, publish, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the cd33ap platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of platform content may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cd33ap and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform or any of its services.

Without limiting the foregoing, cd33ap specifically accepts no liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue caused by service interruption, technical malfunction, or force majeure events.
• Errors in the display of odds, game results, or account balances caused by system or data transmission errors, provided that cd33ap takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of any such error.
• Loss or damage to data stored on your device arising from your use of the platform.
• The availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services accessed through or in connection with the cd33ap platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits cd33ap's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and cd33ap regarding any aspect of these Terms or the services provided, you agree to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. cd33ap will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as cd33ap may designate from time to time. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, cd33ap reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent any unauthorised use of the platform.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and cd33ap with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and the remainder shall continue in full force and effect.

Waiver. cd33ap's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing by cd33ap.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without cd33ap's prior written consent. cd33ap may assign its rights and obligations freely without restriction.

Language. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English version, the English version shall prevail.
